My name is Meaghan. I visited the restaurant on Saturday and have been very sick. I had a shrimp fajita. My phone was dead so unable to take pictures. Each of the shrimps had a vein on either side. I de- veined each one. Then took a bite of my fajita and the shrimp snapped like rubber bands in my mouth.
The waitress came over and asked how food was and I explained to her the problem. She walked away without saying anything then a guy came over and said he could make it with steak or chicken. I chose steak and ate what I could but my appetite was gone.
Since then I have been very sick and unable to hold food down. It is now Monday night and I’m starving but my body can’t hold down food and I’m so grossed out and nauseous thinking about it.
I paid for the shrimp fajitas and tipped as well. I paid $60+. I am really unhappy with being so sick and spending so much. I’ve talked to ppl and did some research and the snapping feeling means the shrimp was undercooked and unsafe to eat. The shrimp being double veined is a sign of low quality shrimp.

I am reaching out to see if I can have my money back for the entire bill. My partner threw out his food as well, but the shrimp was inedible. I have never in my life returned back food but it was very bad and I had no idea I’d be so sick. At the very least I wanted to write you and inform you in case this happens to more people.
