My organization is hosting a town hall at Racine Memorial Hall, 72 7th St, Racine, WI 53403, on July 8th and is interested in arranging an informal buffet dinner for attendees. Doors will open at 5:15pm, so the buffet needs to be delivered and set up by that time. We anticipate 200 people in attendance, although this number might decrease depending on RSVPs over the next few days.

Do you all have availability to provide a buffet for this event? If so, could you provide a quote and a menu for a standard buffet spread for 200 people? Please also include a beverage selection of waters, juices & sodas. Feel free to include the most popular selections in the quote and I will share that, along with the full menu, with the rest of my team for their input.
